  • Yield: 16 pieces 1x

Description

This Valentine’s Day Sugar Cookie Fudge is a delightful no-bake treat combining the creamy sweetness of white chocolate with the nostalgic flavor of sugar cookie mix. Enhanced with festive holiday sprinkles and a drizzle of melted almond bark, this easy-to-make fudge is perfect for sharing with friends and family during the holiday season or any special occasion.

Ingredients

Scale

Fudge Base

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sugar cookie mix (Betty Crocker recommended)
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup holiday sprinkles (divided)

Topping

  • 34 ounces almond bark or white chocolate

Instructions

  1. Melt Ingredients: In a medium-sized double boiler saucepan, combine the white chocolate chips, sugar cookie mix, sweetened condensed milk, and unsalted butter. Heat over medium heat, stirring continuously until the mixture is fully melted and smooth.
  2. Continue Stirring: Once melted, keep stirring the mixture for an additional 2-3 minutes to ensure all ingredients are well combined and the fudge has a uniform texture.
  3. Add Flavor and Sprinkles: Remove the saucepan from heat but keep it on the double boiler setup to prevent cooling too fast. Stir in the vanilla extract and half of the holiday sprinkles, mixing until evenly distributed.
  4. Prepare Baking Dish: Line a 9×9-inch baking dish with parchment paper and spray it generously with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  5. Transfer Fudge: Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth the surface evenly using a spatula or the back of a spoon.
  6. Add Toppings: Press the remaining holiday sprinkles into the top of the fudge evenly for decoration and a festive touch.
  7. Chill Fudge: Refrigerate the fudge for 2-3 hours, or until fully hardened.
  8. Cut and Prepare Drizzle: Once hardened, lift the fudge out of the baking dish using the parchment paper and transfer it to a hard cutting surface. Cut into desired-sized pieces. Melt the almond bark in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments, stirring between each until smooth.
  9. Decorate Fudge: Transfer the melted almond bark to a zip-top bag, cut a small tip off, and drizzle it over the fudge pieces. Alternatively, use a fork to drizzle if preferred.
  10. Serve: Let the drizzle cool and harden completely before serving. Enjoy your festive and delicious Valentine’s Day Sugar Cookie Fudge!

Notes

  • Use a double boiler to gently melt the white chocolate without burning it.
  • If you don’t have a double boiler, use a heat-safe bowl over a pan of simmering water.
  • Be careful not to overheat the chocolate to avoid grainy texture.
  • Customize the sprinkles to suit any holiday or occasion.
  • Store the fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
  • To soften the fudge slightly before serving, leave it at room temperature for 10-15 minutes.
  • Almond bark can be substituted with additional white chocolate if preferred.
