  • Author: Julian
  • Total Time: 5 minutes
  • Yield: 1 serving 1x

Description

This Pumpkin Espresso Martini is a delightful fall-inspired cocktail combining rich espresso, creamy RumChata, and seasonal pumpkin puree, enhanced with warm spices and a touch of maple syrup. Perfect for cozy autumn evenings or festive gatherings, this drink offers a smooth balance of coffee kick and creamy sweetness, all shaken to frothy perfection.

Ingredients

Scale

Liquids

  • 1 oz vodka
  • 1 oz RumChata
  • 1 oz espresso (or cold brew – chilled or room temperature)
  • 1 tablespoon half & half
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (more or less to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Others

  • About 5 ice cubes
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • Pinch of pumpkin pie spice (plus more for garnish)
  • Whipped cream (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Ingredients and Add Ice: Add about 5 ice cubes to a cocktail shaker. Then pour in the vodka, RumChata, chilled espresso, pumpkin puree, half & half, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of pumpkin pie spice.
  2. Shake the Cocktail: Securely close the shaker lid and shake vigorously for 20 to 30 seconds. This intense shaking helps to blend all the flavors and create a frothy top on the cocktail.
  3. Strain and Garnish: Strain the mixture into a chilled martini or coupe glass. Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream and sprinkle additional pumpkin pie spice on top, if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can substitute cold brew coffee for espresso if preferred; just make sure it’s chilled or at room temperature.
  • Adjust maple syrup quantity according to desired sweetness.
  • For a non-dairy option, substitute half & half with almond or oat milk.
  • Add whipped cream garnish for extra indulgence, or omit for a lighter option.
  • This cocktail is best served immediately after shaking to enjoy its frothy texture.
