  • 1 cup canned coconut milk
  • 4 teaspoons 100% cacao powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder (ground vanilla beans)

Instructions

  1. Warm the coconut milk: Heat the canned coconut milk over medium-high heat on the stovetop until it is hot but not boiling, which should take about 4-5 minutes. Stir occasionally to avoid scorching.
  2. Combine ingredients in blender: Add the hot coconut milk, freshly brewed coffee, cacao powder, and vanilla powder into a high-powered blender such as a NutriBullet.
  3. Blend the mixture: Blend all ingredients together for about 15 seconds until smooth, creamy, and well combined.
