Instructions

  2. Simmer and Dissolve Sugar: Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, then reduce to a simmer uncovered. Stir continuously as it simmers for 10 to 15 minutes ensuring the sugar dissolves completely and the flavors meld.
  3. Cool and Strain: Remove the syrup from heat and allow it to cool to room temperature. Remove the tea bags or strain out the tea leaves, then transfer the syrup into an airtight container for storage in the refrigerator or immediate use.
