- 2 bananas, sliced (optional)
Dressing
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tsp lime zest (zest of 2 medium limes)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
Instructions
- Combine the fruit: Add all chopped and prepared fruit (strawberries, pineapple, blueberries, grapes, kiwis, mandarin oranges, and sliced bananas if using) into a large mixing bowl to prepare for the dressing.
- Prepare the dressing: In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the honey, lime zest, and fresh lime juice until well combined to create a tangy and sweet dressing.
- Toss and serve: Pour the honey-lime dressing over the fruit mixture and gently toss to evenly coat all the fruit pieces. Serve immediately to enjoy the fresh flavors at their best.
Notes
- Bananas are optional since they can brown quickly; add them just before serving if using.
