Dressing

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tsp lime zest (zest of 2 medium limes)
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp fresh lime juice

Instructions

  1. Combine the fruit: Add all chopped and prepared fruit (strawberries, pineapple, blueberries, grapes, kiwis, mandarin oranges, and sliced bananas if using) into a large mixing bowl to prepare for the dressing.
  2. Prepare the dressing: In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the honey, lime zest, and fresh lime juice until well combined to create a tangy and sweet dressing.
  3. Toss and serve: Pour the honey-lime dressing over the fruit mixture and gently toss to evenly coat all the fruit pieces. Serve immediately to enjoy the fresh flavors at their best.
