- 4 green onions (or a small red onion, diced)
- 1 green apple (chopped)
- 1 cup green grapes (cut in half)

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Optional Garnishes
- Chopped green onions
- Boiled egg (sliced or chopped)
Instructions
- Combine ingredients: Prepare all the ingredients as stated, including dicing or shredding the leftover turkey, chopping celery, apple, green onions, and halving grapes. In a large bowl, mix the turkey, celery, green onions, green apple, green grapes, dried cranberries, and pecans if using.
- Prepare the dressing: In a separate smaller bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, and Dijon mustard until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix salad and chill: Pour the dressing over the turkey and fruit mixture and stir well to combine thoroughly. Cover the bowl and refrigerate the turkey salad for 30 minutes to one hour to allow the flavors to meld and the salad to chill.
