Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta: Cook the pasta according to the packet instructions. Once cooked, drain the pasta, rinse briefly under cold water to stop cooking, then set aside.
  2. Sauté aromatics: Heat a pan over medium heat and spritz with low calorie cooking spray. Add the finely sliced onion and chopped garlic, frying gently for about 5 minutes until they soften and become aromatic.
