Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to ensure it’s ready for baking the mushrooms evenly.
- Prepare Filling: In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, and minced garlic. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated into a creamy filling.
- Stuff Mushrooms: Carefully spoon the cheese mixture into each mushroom cap, filling them generously but evenly to ensure each bite is flavorful.
- Bake: Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the tops are golden and the mushrooms are tender.
Notes
- You can substitute Parmesan with Pecorino Romano for a sharper flavor.
- If you prefer a crunchy topping, sprinkle extra breadcrumbs over the filled mushrooms before baking.
